"Resting" in the 4th camp

Having met the group of Udin we saw Carlos with them. He had spent the
night in the cave and the guys took him up with them. He would stay overnight
at 7,100m together with them to get acclimatized. It was the first time
for the guys from the group of Udin to have the leading role. By that time
we had already switched the roles with the international expedition. The
neighbors were feeling that their time is going away and stopped fixing
ropes. That's why Udin's quartet had to fix ropes on 3/4 of the section
between 7,100m and 7,500m. After that they managed to prepare the flat
area on the uncomfortable slope and to set the tent. So the 4th camp had
been set on the 30th of July. There was a minimum of equipment: gasoline,
the gas stove, sleeping bags and so on. The tent of the international expedition
was standing without belay in five meters from our tent. We had to fix
the rope between them. The slope was too steep at that place.
