Sergei Penzov
Severodvinsk
Sergei Penzov was born in Kalinin, Russia in April, 1950. His official
sporting status is master of sports,
international class, snow leopard.
He has been climbing mountains since 1970; 14 times summited 7,000m peaks
of former USSR and conquered Everest (1992). Penzov graduated from the
Bauman Institute, Moscow, specializing in rocket fuel. Currently, he teaches
information technologies in the secondary school system. Sergei Penzov
is a Marathoner, he is ranked third in the world in a rapid 7,000m peak
climbing. |
