APPLICATION FORM FOR MOUNTAINEERING EXPEDITIONS

	(vi)	Route to be adopted. (Identify important villages / places / face / Ridge through which the Peak is to be attempted)
	(vii)	Location of base camp

	(ix)	If no, enclose a resume of all the parties that have conquered it. Also identify the years and names of persons conquering it

Note No. 3. - Applicants asking for allotment of peaks in Karakoram Range may identify as an alternative choice one peak from the Hindu Kush Range.
