Contract with Expedition Members

CONTRACT N_ concerning work fulfillment in a high-altitude sporting expedition to K2 (Qogori)

Expedition member, further the Member, from one part, and "Lada-Everest" firm, further the Enterprise, in the person of the director Ivan T.Dusharin, from another part, concluded the present treaty and assumed the following commitments:

1. Commitments of the Member

1.1.	Since expedition is an action of high risk for health and life of its members, then the Member assumes a commitment to subdue his personal interests to the interests of the success and the safety of the entire expedition of his own free will.
1.2.	The Member commits himself to unconditionally execute all the orders of expedition leader connected to the expedition realization and safety.
1.3.	The Member commits himself to fulfill his duties in the high-altitude expedition according to its plan and schedule using his physical and technical abilities to the fullest extent.
1.4.	The Member has his personal high quality climbing equipment which is sufficient for working on the difficult mountain high-altitude route.
1.5.	The Member undertakes to deposit _______US$ (or, converted to Russian rubles on the day of payment _______ rubles) to the expedition fund or to execute the work, provide service or produce the equipment and so on.
1.6.	The member commits himself to preserve the confidence of the present contract.

2. Commitments of the Enterprise

2.1.	The Enterprise undertakes to execute the work needed for the expedition realization, including:
	2.1.1.	Getting the permit for the climb;
	2.1.2.	Getting visa support from China;
	2.1.3.	Ensuring Member's transportation, accommodation and nutrition on the way to the Base Camp and back;
	2.1.4.	Providing climbing equipment for general use;
	2.1.5.	Providing nutrition and medical service in the Base Camp;
	2.1.6.	Providing the Member with a wireless communication when working on the route.
